Breathe Into The Present Moment

This ten-minute guided box breath is a great tool to help you connect with your body. Allow yourself to breathe fully and deeply into this exercise and do your best to follow my guidance, but if you find you are unable to breathe as deeply or for as long as this exercise invites you to, be gentle with yourself and do what you can. You can trust your body to support you as you support it by focusing on breathing deeply and fully.
