Digital Products are immediately available for Download upon Checkout.

Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders within the United States.
US orders will be delivered within 5 working days for non-personalized orders. For orders with personalization, please allow an additional 2 working days.
The Zen Academy uses a number of carefully selected carriers to ship your products. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, all The Zen Academy deliveries require a signature upon receipt. For further assistance, please email Contact@TheZenAcademy.com
Our products are carefully packaged and shipped.
We offer gift wrapping and handwritten personal messages for an additional fee.
Should you miss our attempted delivery your courier should have left a delivery slip with a tracking number on it. Please call the number on the slip, or visit the website provided, quoting your tracking number to reschedule your delivery.
The Zen Academy will sometimes mail a Thank You card with digital products such as the Growing Through Life Digital Planners. Please note that Thank You cards are sent via USPS and no tracking information is provided. You can expect Thank You cards within two weeks of purchase.

Order Processing
- We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
- Please add two (2) business days for personalization.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at Contact@TheZenAcademy.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reach out for an updated address, send you a re-shipping invoice, and when it is paid we are happy to resend your order to the correct address. Should we not hear back from you in seven days we will issue a refund for the original order (excluding the shipping fee).
